Colette Tupy
Colette is a city girl turned a little bit country. She grew up in St Paul & now lives in a small town with her husband of 18 years, 5 kids, 2 dogs, 2 cats, 20 chickens, 3 ducks, AND beehives!
Colette started making handmade soap over 5 years ago when she realized that many of the bath & beauty products available on were made with harsh chemicals and preservatives. Not only is her handmade soap free of chemical preservatives, it has skin loving natural oils and butters. She quickly found that she loved the soap and so did her skin. Colette started sharing it with family and friends.
With much encouragement and support, she began Serenade Natural Products in 2011. It has been her passion, obsession, and creative outlet ever since. She also started making other products including roll on essential oils, soy candles, and lip balms. Her soy candles are made with GMO free soy wax, lead free wicks, and phthalate free fragrances. They are clean burning, long lasting and very fragrant. Although they are not 100% natural, they are a cleaner burning alternative to the traditional paraffin wax, petroleum based.
